We are delighted you have tried our area rugs and will graciously accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection. No restocking charges for returned rugs. You may return the rug within 15 days from the date you receive it. Your only expense will be shipping cost back to our warehouse. You must contact us prior to returning your area rug and we will provide instructions. Credit card will be refunded upon inspection of the returned rug when it is found to be in acceptable condition.

PlushRugs guarantees your area rug will arrive within 10 business days of your order date or we will refund 10% of the purchase price. Should your rug arrive after 10 business days please email PlushRugs the tracking number on the shipment and we will credit your charge card 10%.
